Can I change my hair color myself?
 If you plan to change hair color by yourself, please choose un-chemical processed virgin remy. If you won’t plan to change hair color, please choose colored virgin remy hair. Please confirm it before order.
Can the curling mode be changed later?
If you need to change curl pattern later, our suggestion is that make your order natural straight or no-permanent curl. If won’t plan to change curl pattern, permanent curl is okey. Too much curl process will damage hair texture quality.
How long will my wig last?
Bleaching the knots is just meant to make the knots less detectable. They can not be totally invisible and usually it’s better only done at the hairline and around perimeter. Too much bleached knots will damage hair quality and make hair root not strong enough and easy to shed.
How do I wash my wig?
Before washing the hair, spray mixture of conditioner and water and brush the hair from bottom to up. You need to brush hair gently and brush it thoroughly before you completely wash the hair. After wetting the hair, add mild shampoo and conditioner. Please make sure to wash and brush the hair in one direction. Make sure don’t soak it into water for too long time, and don’t wash the hair root too heavily. Both of them will make knots easy to loose. Rinse the hair completely and absorb water by towel. It is better to natural dry or blow-dry with low to medium temperature. Please don't blows the root of hairs too near with the hair drier.

Can I sleep while wearing a wig?

It’s better to make couple of big braids before going to sleep, swim, or exercise (please make sure brush hair thoroughly before making the braids). NEVER SLEEP ON WET HAIR. Make sure the hair is completely dry before going to bed.

Does blonde hair require special attention?

Please be more careful with blonde and other light colored hair. They have been more processed than the dark hair, so treat them gently and don’t make any chemical process to them.

Yes please wear a swimming cap to prevent to much exposure to chlorine or salty water in swimming pool or sea, which causes the hair easy to tangle. Always wash the hair right away after swimming in both types of water. When going to the spa, the hair should be brushed thoroughly first and wrapped in a cold wet towel.
